We’re always looking for designers with ninja like skills who want to join the movement!  If you have these type of nunchuk wielding design skills and want to put them on display, simply follow the steps below to submit a design to HatHead OR email us a flat design and we can adjust it for use on a hat or shirt. If we produce the design for a hat or shirt, you receive $250 and full recognition on the site and inside each hat. 

Additionally, we may call on you for HatHead Customs work if your skills warrant being put on our preferred freelancers team.

Check out the sweet design guide for a few techniques before you get rolling on your design. If you are using a vector art program such as Adobe Illustrator, use the individual layers to create your killer design. If you are using a raster program such as Adobe Photoshop, just make sure you save it as 150dpi when you are finished working the magic. Also, please design on as many sides of the template hat as possible so it is easy for the voters and Walter to understand.

You will need to create a .jpg thumbnail of your submission. The thumbnail must be the front view of the hat, 100 x 100 pixels, and under 10kB. You will also need to save the template as a 640 x 480 pixel (the size of this template) .jpg that is under 120kB. When your files are ready, and you know what you want to name your killer hat design fill out the .pdf submission form and hit send or email it to walter@hathead.com.
